| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of compound centipede granules in the treatment of sural neurovascular flap in chronic calcaneal osteomyelitis.Methods:From January 2012 to December 2015 in Shandong Province Wendeng bone hospital admitted to the diagnosis of chronic calcaneal osteomyelitis continuous cases,a total of 46 cases,off 3 cases,included in this study 43 cases,34 males,females 9 Example;age 22-64 years old.According to the patients in the sural nerve nutrition flap transfer after blunt compound centipede particles are divided into two groups,impulse into the test group,not impulse into the control group.The patients were sacrificed at the 15th and 15th day after surgery.The wound healing was performed on the 15th day;the first week and the 1st month were the infection index;the recurrence of the osteomyelitis and the satisfaction of the patients at the last follow-up;AOFAS ankle-hind foot score for efficacy evaluation.Results:The follow-up period was 9-13 months,with an average of 11.3 months.There were no significant differences in the pain scores between the two groups on the first day after operation.The 5th and 15th day pain scores were better than the control group.On the 15th day after operation,the wound healing test group was better than the control group.After 1 week,There were no significant differences between the two groups in the infection group at the sixth month.The recurrence rate and satisfaction rate of the last follow-up test group were better than those of the control group.The last follow-up AOFAS ankle-hind foot scoring test group was superior In the control group.Conclusion:Compound centipede granules can improve postoperative pain,promote postoperative incision healing,improve the recurrence rate of patients with short-term osteomyelitis and patient satisfaction,improve the function of ankle-hind foot,is to assist the sural nerve nutrition flap transfer treatment of chronic Bone osteomyelitis safe and effective drugs. |
