Urumqi City In The2026Cases Of Sub-health Population Of Syndrome Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:through the investigation of Urumqi city part of sub health and sub-healthpopulation distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome of TCM diagnosis and treatment,clinical program laid the foundation.Methods:by means of questionnaire survey Urumqicity on2026cases of sub-health population distribution and thecharacteristics of TCMsyndrome analysis. Results:the show,(1) with sub health diagnosis criteria of2026people,including1052males,51.92%females,974people, accounting for48.08%;1725HanChinese people, accounting for85.14%,301minority people, accounting for14.86%;married1533, accounting for75.66%,371unmarried people, accounting for18.31%,divorced/(widowed)122people, accounting for6.03%; occupation, teachers,administrative staff, technology and engineering researchers, medical personnel,administrative personnel accounted for78.61%, workers and business service personnel aswell as other accounted for21.39%; cultural degree with bachelor degree or above moreaccounted for57.74%, college education accounted for42.26%of the following.(2) thedistribution of TCM Syndromes of sub health state with Yin deficiency of liver and kidneysyndrome of phlegm heat disturbance to maximum, minimum,8card form than thesequence is: liver-kidney Yin deficiency, spleen deficiency syndrome (21.84%) two(16.97%)> liver fire syndrome of Liver-qi Depression Syndrome (14.21%)>(13.72%)>liver stagnation and spleen deficiency card> spleen deficiency and dampness stagnationsyndrome (11.50%)> lung spleen qi deficiency syndrome (5.62%)> phlegm heatdisturbance syndrome (4.44%). Women with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndromeand syndrome of stagnation of Liver-qi see more, men with Yin deficiency of liver andkidney syndrome, heart and spleen deficiency syndrome in two, Han Yin deficiency ofliver and kidney, heart lienal two empty; minority with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,spleen deficiency and dampness, phlegm heat disturbance mainly. Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome is more concentrated in the40~49years old. Various types of age,gender, ethnic aspects of the sidents in sub-health state has its own characteristics, sex, age,nationality ondifferences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Urumqi cityre the sub health are affected, the future of sub health status of Chinese medicineintervention to lay the foundation..
