Clinical Study On Chronic Pyogenic Osteomyelitis By Guyanquzhangling

Objactive:Under the guidance of Chinese Medicine theories, to base on replenishingqi and blood、strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens、promoting pus discharge andtissue regeneration, we have developed this drug,which is a system ofGuYanQuZhangLing to staff the curative effect of treating chronic pyogenic osteomyelitis.The use of modern scientific means, through animal experiments to observe the course oftreatment system, confirms the correctness of replenishing qi and blood、strengtheninghealthy qi to eliminate pathogens、promoting pus discharge and tissue regeneration,mechanism of action of drugs,observe GuYanQuZhangLing GuYanQuZhangLing’ sefficacy of the treatment of Chronic Pyogenic Osteomyelitis.Methods: Establish animalmodel of chronic pyogenic osteomyelitis by New Zealand Rabbits,and randomly dividedinto four groups: GuYanQuZhangLing group﹑Muscle note gentamycin group﹑Irrigationsaline group and Muscle note saline group. Five weeks after treatment, according to designin stages observation, including: generally observed﹑anatomic observation﹑radiologicalexamination﹑histological examination﹑leucocyte number and serum lysozyme contentdetermination.Results: Very significant differences between GuYanQuZhangLing groupand Irrigation saline group; Through comparing radiological examination﹑histologicalexamination and serum lysozyme content determination, GuYanQuZhangLing groupsignificantly better than Muscle note gentamycin group.Conclution: In the treatment ofchronic pyogenic osteomyelitis GuYanQuZhangLing have good curative effect,thismedicine can enhancing immunity、improve microcirculation、promote bone.
