Research On The Clinical Effect Of Yi Shen Antihypertention Granule Treating Elderly Hypetrension Patients And Discussion Of The Syndrome Correlation

Objective: By research on senile hypertension syndrome of deficiency of kidney Qiand study on clinical syndromes of anger inflammation card patients，to explore therelationship between the two syndromes with elderly hypertension associated disease，tostudy the two syndromes and main laboratory indexes in order to reveal the relationshipbetween the elderly hypertension kidney deficiency syndrome and the anger inflammationcard, to provide new ideas of dialectical treatment of clinical hypertension of the elderly.Methods: Select age between65-75years old,1,2hypertension and the kidney deficiencysyndrome or anger inflammation card patients. Divide the patients into two groups, eachgroup of30cases. By using invigorate kidney qi-deficiency (Yi Shen Jiang ya granule),observe the two sets of change of laboratory indices in patients with clinical symptoms,blood pressure and Clinical symptoms improvement.Results: The elderly hypertensionkidney deficiency syndrome and the anger inflammation syndrome hypertension have noassociation with concomitant diseases; elderly hypertensive patients whether there is angerinflammation syndrome have relationship with triglyceride (TG); kidney buck particlescan improve the elderly hypertension kidney deficiency syndrome and the certificate ofangerinflammation card of blood pressure and clinical symptoms, there was a markedimprovement of laboratory parameters. Conclusion:1.an elderly hypertensive patients withanger inflammation card or kidney deficiency syndrome does not associate with diabetes,coronary artery disease, Hyperlipidemia, cerebral vascular disease.2. Exists in patients withhypertension in the elderly patients with liver-fire ascending syndrome and the clinicallaboratory indexes TG to be relevant, and TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, BS without dependencies.3.Yi Shen Jiang ya granule on senile hypertension syndrome of syndrome of deficiency ofkidney and liver-fire ascending syndrome patients with blood pressure control up to goodeffect, can significantly improve the two groups of syndromes in patients with clinical symptoms.4.Deficiency of kidney Qi are basic pathogenesis of hypertension in the elderly,its pathogenesis is essentially this deficiency, and this deficiency is the deficiency ofkidney Qi, standard practice for patients with liver-fire ascending syndrome.
