Objective: Observe the kidneys and step-down particles for elderly hypertension patients with kidney deficiency syndrome before and after the treatment of free radicals metabolism, discusses the influence of the kidney treatments for elderly hypertension mechanism and targets, provides the theory basis for clinical application. Methods: 60 hypertensive patients with kidney deficiency syndrome randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group 30 patients and control group 30 patients. Experimental group received kidney particles combined with Western conventional antihypertensive treatment, the control group received conventional antihypertensive treatment western medicine ,for 8 weeks. Observe blood pressure, symptoms and laboratory changes before and after treatment in patients. Results :The experimental group antihypertensive efficiency of 90% between the two groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05); symptom mprovement rate was 93.3%, between the two groups are significantly different (P <0.05); experimental group after treatment, endothelial Four and SOD, GSH-px, LPO compared with before treatment there was significant difference (P <0.05 ~ 0.01), between the two groups are significantly different (P <0.05 ~ 0.01); treated hs-CRP compared with before treatment There was a significant difference (P <0.01), no significant group differences (P> 0.05).Conclusion: the kidneys and step-down particles can obviously improve the symptoms and signs in elderly patients with hypertension, the particles can greatly improve the free radical metabolism in elderly patients with hypertension, protecting vascular endothelium.
