Chinical Research For The Influence Of Ca19-9,Cd3, Cd4, Cd8of Postoperative Colorectal Cancer Whit Integration Of Fupiyichanc Decoction And Folfox4

Object:It is a research aimed at fifty-two patients suffered from Postoperative Colorectal Cancer who accepted a six-months therapy using chemotherapy treatment and decoction. Treatment evaluation would be acquired through observing several different indexes of those patients.Methods:Patients were divided into two groups named control group and therapy group at random. Half of them accepted chemotherapy treatment (FOLFOX4) and decoction (Fupiyichang Decoction), and others only accepted chemotherapy treatment (FOLFOX4). Tumor indicators and cellular immune indicatrors including CA19-9, CD3, CD4and CD8would be observed during the whole therapeutic process.Results:Significant differences were founded between two groups in tumor indicator CA19-9and cellular immune indicatrors including CD3, CD4and CD8.Conclusions:1.The association of FOLFOX4and Fupiyichang Decoction could reduce the level of CA19-9of patients suffered from Postoperative Colorectal Cancer.2. Fupiyichang Decoction could avoid reducing of CD3, CD4and CD8caused by FOLFOX4chemistry therapy.
