| Background:The traditional pattern of colon cancer treatment of surgery plus radiation andchemotherapy plus biological target therapy system of comprehensive treatment. Withthe deepening of the research of Chinese herbal medicine, colon cancer incidencetheory innovation of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine treatmentprovides a solid theoretical basis and clinical experience for the cooperation ofChinese and western medicine treatment of colon cancer.Objective:Observing and exploring Fuzhengxiaoji Decoction joint FOLFOX4schemechemotherapy alone with FOLFOX4chemotherapy for treatment of advancedcolorectal cancer. Fuzhengxiaoji Decoction in the compatibility and subtract withchemotherapy, observed treatment effect after treatment, the change of tumor markersCEA, the function of bone marrow, the incidence of adverse reaction, the change ofimmune function, quality of life score and TCM syndrome integral, whether it isfeasibility for the objective evaluation to provide theoretical foundation for theresearch of combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of advancedcolorectal cancer patients. Methods：Selecting clear clinical staging for Ⅲ, Ⅳperiod of60patients with colon cancer,they were randomly divided into treatment group30cases which combines traditionalChinese medicine with western medicine, western medicine control group30cases.We can combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group adopts theFuzhengxiaoji Decoction subtract with FOLFOX4program for chemotherapy, thewestern medicine control group was used F0LF0X4scheme chemotherapy alone,continuous observation of6cycles, each cycle is14days. During the treatment,compared two groups of patients with TCM syndrome of the improvement, thechange of the general situation, the extent of the side effects of chemotherapy, thelevels of serum tumor markers, and analyze the two groups of patients in theobservation index of difference have statistical significance.Results：1.All patients were successfully completed treatment,which was righted soupcombined FOLFOX4scheme and it was safe and effective in patients with advancedcolorectal cancer.2.Integrative Medicine treatment group was slightly better than westernmedicine control group in the near future curative effect, but the data has no statisticalsignificance(P＞0.05).3.The treatment group in tumor markers CEA, incidence of gastrointestinalreaction, infection, immune function and bone marrow function, indexes of TCMsymptom score and quality of life scores have improved significantly compared withcontrols, combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the purewestern medicine chemotherapy has certain advantages.The data has the statisticalsignificance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Righting negative soup combined FOLFOX4regimen for patients with advancedcolon cancer, safe and reliable, this treatment can significantly reduce tumor markersCEA numerical, relieve the side effects of chemotherapy in patients with, enhanceimmunity, improve patient quality of life and improve the TCM syndrome integral,deserves further large sample research. |
