Objects:To survey the status and relative factors of post-traumatic stress disorder of the the120prehospital ambulance nurses and provide the managers of Prehospital emergency understand PTSD, according to the survey data, the research tries to Propose appropriate countermeasures that can decrease the happening of PTSD,Promote the development of medical anservices and ambulance nurses’ physical and mental health.Methods:In order to get general information about emergency of traumatic events, social support, simple coping style, life events, occupation burnout, PTSD self-rating,this study adopted cluster sampling, and distributed questionnaire to126hospital first aid nurses from eight emergency sub-stations in ji’nan city using anonymous methods. The questionnair was issued Centrallized, filled in and recycled on the spot. The data was analyzed by SPSS L6.0software. T test was used for analyzing count data; multiple groups were compared by single factor analysis of variance, and comparison between two groups was compared with LSD method. The related analysis used Spearman correlation analysis, and multiple stepwise regression analysis model was used to analyze influence of pre-hospital first aid nurses PTSD symptom factors associated. If P is less than0.05, difference has statistics significance.Results:1.The sore of ambulance nurses’PCL-C was16-61points,at the average of33.31±14.20. And the sore of subscales Re-experiencing the trauma,Avidance behaviors and Hyper-arousal behaviors was10.21±4.91,12.81±5.20,and10.29±5.06respectively.42nurses’scores were greater than or equal to38.It meaned that these nurses were detected to be positive PTSD symptoms,and the positive rate was33.33%.2.The status of emergency trauma events and relative Influence over ambulance nursesEmergency of traumatic events occurred at a rate of95.2%, and the level of spiritual impact on nurse was21.31±10.36. Incidence of traumatic events are caused by night-time visits was up to lives of irregular,at a rate of78.57%. It was followed by first-aid treatment of patients with sudden death and near-death and violence in, at the rate of76.19%and73.81%respectively. Handling difficult patients accounted for64.29,and the scolding from collegues happened at the lowest,at the rate of2.38%.3. Analysis of factors related to the occurrence of PTSD The main influential factors of PTSD in ambulance nurses were traumatic events, occupation burnout, simple answer,and social support. PTSD positive group in occupation burnout dimensions on the score were higher than those of the negative group. However, in the social support on the score of negative group were higher than that in the positive group, especially the subjective use dimension. In the simplified coping style score on the positive response to PTSD positive group was lower than that in the negative group, and negative coping were higher than those of the negative group.4.Stepwise multiple regression for influence factors of PTSDThe reserch put factors that may affect PTSD occurrence of emergency nurses and included Demographic characteristics(age, gender, education, education, employment forms, titles, titles, nursing age, marriage), Occupation burnout, coping,and social support into regression equations for analysis.According to the anlysis,it was drawed that emergency trauma events, gender, social support,and cultural degree had significant effect on emergency nurses’ incidence of PTSD.Conclusions:1.120prehospital emergency nurse PTSD positive rate was33.33%. Prehospital first aid nurses’physical and mental health should be paid social attention to.2.Cultural attainment and gender factors on pre hospital first aid nurses PTSD levels have a significant effect,. Female and those who have low level of education are at the high incidence of PTSD.3.Prehospital trauma events and pre-hospital care are closely related to the occurrence of nurses’PTSD. Rescue of sudden death, dying patients and treatment of patients with violence are the most common traumatic events. 4.Positive coping styles, better social support can reduce the incidence of PTSD.To ensure the sustainable development of the cause of pre-hospital first aid, prehospital emergency managers should know PTSD and adopt measures to promote physical and mental health of prehospital emergency nurses.
