The course of both two groups is14days. Observing the changes of the two groups in clinical symptoms and signs of those children before and after treatment and whether there are any adverse reactions occur during the treatment.The result:The study on clinical application shows that the total efficiency of treatment group is93.3%, while that of the control group is70.0%.To compare the curative effect, there are significant differences between the two groups. Some index of treatment group, such as the synthetic effect index, the improvement rate of general symptoms and individual symptoms such as food intake, appetite, tongue coating and motions, are all higher than those of control group.The conclusion:1. Granule for activating spleen and improving appetite can ameliorate the symptom of children anorexia in dysfunction of spleen in transport and has a better clinical curative effect. There was no adverse reaction through clinical study. Thus it is worth clinical application and dissemination.2.
