Clinical Observation On Treating Infantile Anorexia(type Of Dysfunction Of Spleen In Transport)with Regulate The Center And Strengthen Spleen Manipulation : An Analysis Based On Data Mining

Objective:Consult the ancient and modern literature related to infantile anorexia,using data mining to comb summarize the relevant ancient and modern literature of manipulation in the treatment of infantile anorexia,combined with the clinical experience of the teacher,the establishment of the prescription of(regulate the center and strengthen spleen);to observe the clinical effect of the manipulation in the treatment of infantile anorexia(Type of dysfunction of spleen in transport).In order to provide a safe,standard and effective treatment program for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:1.literature researchLiterature related to infantile anorexia in 21 pediatric manipulation works and 46 literatures retrieved from CNKI China Journal Full-text Database were reviewed,screened and included.Statistical analysis tools Sati3.2,Net Draw and UCINET were used to input book entries and analyze the frequency,support and centrality of acupoints.2.clinical research96 children who met the diagnostic criteria,which were randomly divided into three groups:regulate the center and strengthen spleen manipulation group(32 cases),conventional manipulation group(32 cases)and acupoint application group(32 cases).Acupoint selection and operation in the regulate the center and strengthen spleen manipulation group:Tonifying Pijing,arc-pushing Neibagua,pushing Sihengwen,kneading Banmen,points abdomen of Yinyang,pinching spine,kneading Zusanli.Acupoint selection and operation in the conventional manipulation group:arc-pushing Neibagua,Device and kneading Sihengwen,pressing and kneading the acupoint on Pishu,Weishu,Ganshu.Regulate the center and strengthen spleen manipulation group and conventional manipulation group of children with the manipulation.Once a day,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.acupoint application group:select rhizoma atractylodis,the burnt medicated leaven,the stir-frying hawthorn,the burnt malt culms and other drugs into powder,add vinegar into paste,paste on shenque acupoint,pishu acupoint,weishu acupoint.Each paste lasted for 3-4h,once every 7 days,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.After the treatment,the overall efficacy,syndromes score,long-term efficacy and safety of the three groups were analyzed and compared.Results:1.literature researchLiterature studies have found that the frequency,centrality of the pijing,neibagua,sihengwen,banmen,abdomen of Yinyang are relatively high.The frequency from high to low is pijing,neibagua,sihengwen,banmen,abdomen of Yinyang and the centrality from high to low is neibagua,sihengwen,banmen,pijing.2.clinical research(1)Overall efficacy evaluation: the healing rate of the treatment group was 80%,and the total effective rate was 93.3%.The recovery rate of control group 1 was 50.0% and the total effective rate was 83.3%.In control group 2was 40.0% and the total effective rate was 76.7%.There were statistically significant differences in the total effective rate and recovery rate among the three groups(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of the three groups before and after treatment between the groups and within the group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05),he regulate the center and strengthen spleen manipulation group in improving the symptoms and signs of the score has more advantages.(3)Comparison of long-term efficacy:After 5 months of follow-up,the height and weight of the three groups were compared with statistical significance(P>0.05).(4)The symptoms were local skin redness and itching.The application was immediately removed and the allergic area was washed with soapy water.The symptoms disappeared quickly with an incidence of 3.3%.No adverse reactions occurred in the center and strengthen spleen manipulation group and the conventional manipulation group,suggesting that manipulation therapy is safer.Conclusion: the center and strengthen spleen manipulation of infantile anorexia has a significant effect,better than the conventional manipulation group and acupoint application group,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
