Spleen Appetizer Treatment Of Infantile Anorexia (spleen Lost Health Movement) In 60 Patients

OBJECTIVE:To observed according to promoting diqestion and appetitd to relieve constipation method,clinical efficacy on therapy of Children's anorexia of disorder of the stomach-spleen with Self-made shanzhu Decoction.METHODS:The clinical select 60 Children with retention of disorder of the stomach-spleen, all the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30) for a comparative observation, the treatment group were treated by Self-made shanzhu Decoction; basic prescription: fructus aurantii,Zedoary langehead Atractylodes Rhizome chhcken's gizzard-skin,Semen Raphani,magnolia officinalis atractylis ect.decoction:abdominal pain adding areca seed,atractylis;the control group were treated by jianweixiaoshi tablet (frutus aurantii Heterophylly Falsestarwort Root Tangerine Peel Malt Common Yam Rhizome/ Wingde Yan Rhizome ).The course of treatment was 10 days, and 2 courses were required,the follow up was 1 month.RESULT:At the end of the treatment, the efficency rate of the therapy group and the control group were 96.67% and 83.33% respectively; 1 months after the end of therapeutic course, the efficency rate of the therapy group and the control group were 86.67% and 66.6% respectively with a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0 .05).CONCLUSION: Therapy of Children's anorexia of Disorder of the stomach-spleen with promoting diqestion and appetite to relieve constipation method is better than with simple chinese patent medicine.
