Study On Syndrome Differentiation And The Experimental Research Of The "Abdominal Pain、Diarrhea"and Disease Resembling The Diarrhea Type Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome By Meng River Medical School Markov Physicians

This project is divided into four parts, it mainly discusses the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and the experimental research of the "abdominal pain, diarrhea" and Disease Resembling the diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome by the Meng River medical school markov physicians.The first part:theoretical research.①Introducing the Meng River medical school’s formation and development, as well as its academic ideology and its status in Chinese medical history. Some of the main representatives is Ma Peizhi, He Jiheng, Deng Xingbo, Zhang Zesheng, Zhang Jize, Shan Zhaowei etc.The irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a kind of intestinal dysfunction syndrome which features in prolonged or recurrent abdominal pain and abdominal distention, with bowel habit and stool abnormalities, but it is still lack of abnormal index of morphology, bacteriology and biochemistry. At present,the etiology and pathology of IBS are not entirely clear, western medicine’s treatment is mainly about pain relieving and diarrhea arresting, but the Effect is not optimistic. While the Traditional Chinese medicine references " abdominal pain, diarrhea" to make treatment based on syndrome differentiation, in the treatment of this disease,the Traditional Chinese medicine and herbology have a long history, definite effect, and obvious advantages.The Second part:To inherit the Meng River markov medical school based on " Ma Peizhi, He Jiheng, Zhang Zesheng, Shan Zhaowei", in the existing relevant case, through the analysis of the frequency in mdical records, etiology,and medicine from the cases of abdominal pain, diarrhea", all the doctors" abdominal pain, diarrhea" treatment is studied.The third part:The experience of Professor tianyaozhou’s syndrome differentiation treatment to IBS based on liver and spleen. Professor tianyaozhou thinks that the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease is based on liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, and standarded on wind、 damp、 heat retention.Long time sick may involve the spleen and kidney yang deficiency, then give rise to many Pathological factors such as damp heat,yang deficiency and blood stasis.The fourth part: The experimental study on the experience formulae to diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome of Professor tianyaozhou. Through establishing the diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome rat model, with the broth of rou gan xi feng intervention, observing the rats’ Dung points, fecal intestinal sensitivity, serum, colonic tissue5HT and interleukin8content change. The results confirm, Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang could remarkably improve the diarrhea type IBS rat model’s intestinal sensitivity, as well as the gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory cytokine levels. Among them, high dose can achieve almost the same results with Western medicine.
