Study On The Practice Models Expand Of The Medical Social Worker Under The Professional Background

The author focuses on exploring the suitable practical development mode of medical social work in order to develop occupational development of it better. the author basing on the summary and reflection put forward the corresponding mode namely" hospital--family--community" which is the trinity loop mode according to the patients’ mobility, the difficulty of follow-up questions. It is necessary for the medical social work to go from hospital to the family and the community through the development situation of research by the domestic and foreign medical social work occupation and personnel interviews with the patients, their family members and nurses during my internship. What is more, it also comes up with a set of hospital--home--community" that is the trinity loop mode demonstrating integration of the hospital, family and community. We look forward to establishing the corresponding medical social work system to support medical social work practice model development ensuring that the process of medical social work occupation.
