The Difference was statistically significant P<0.05). claudin-2expression is correlated with lymph node metastasis CRC, depth of membrance invasion, TNM stage and degree of differentiation(P<0.05) and do not have relationship with gender, age, location and diameter (P>0.05). The difference of claudin-10positive express in CRC, A-CRC, N-CRC has no statistical significance (P>0.05). claudin-10expression is correlated with lymph node metastasis CRC, depth of membrance invasion and TNM stage (P<0.05) and have no relationship with gender, age, location, degree of differentiation and diameter (P>0.05). In CRC, the expressions of claudin-2and claudin-10do not have correlation in statistics (r=0.129, P=0.328)ConclusionIn colorectal cancer occurrence and development, claudin-2and claudin-10play an important role in these processes. of its occur, promote the development of a certain sense, That can have some fuctions in the judgment of colorectal cancer prognosis.
