ObjectiveThe study aims to set up a evaluation index system of clinical emergency competency of nursing undergraduate interns through various research methods, and provide the feasible scheme and theoretical basis for training, improving, and evaluating of clinical emergency competency of nursing undergraduate interns.ObjectSelect30experts from Beijing, henan, shanxi altogether six universities and3armour hospital as the research object.MethodsBased on the literature material Method, theoretical analysis, the Delphi Method, each dimension and the entry of clinical emergency competency evaluation system of nursing undergraduate interns were constructed, and the weight of one class index and secondary index through the precedence chart and expert evaluation Method were established respectively, and finally the evaluation index were set up. Through the statistics to the active degree, Coordination degree and authority coefficient of experts, we have verified the reliability of the Delphi Method. According to the last stage index connotation, we have formulated the assessment form of clinical emergency competency of nursing undergraduate interns, and108nursing undergraduate interns from a medical university affiliated3armour hospital were measured in order to analysis the quality of evaluation index. The Cronbach alpha was used to test the reliability of index, and the logical analysis, relevant analysis and factor analysis method were used to test the content validity and structural validity respectively of evaluation index.Results1. The evaluation index of clinical emergency competency of nursing undergraduate interns were initially constructed which covers knowledge accumulation, the emergency response ability, communication and coordination ability, emergency management ability and personal qualities5first grade indexes, and24second grade indexes, and the connotation of last grade index were determined. To quantitative analysis for Experts’advice:questionnaire effective recovery rate was93.33%and85.71%from two rounds, it proved experts positive degree is higher; Experts’ general authority coefficient is0.886(>0.7); the whole index coordinate coefficient experts were0.247,0.300(P<0.01) from two rounds of, indicating that experts opinion coordinated, and consulting results are reliable. 2. Through precedence chart, the weight of the first grade index were identified,"knowledge reserves:0.1333";"The emergency response ability:0.3292";"Communication coordination:0.1958";"Emergency management ability:0.1375";"Personal qualities:0.2042", and through the expert evaluation method, the weight of second grade index were identified.3. The study on evaluation index identified it had good quality. Cronbach alpha of overall Evaluation index was0.953, Cronbach alpha of the level of the internal was between0.812to0.932; Logic analysis shows that the validity of evaluation index is better; The correlation coefficient between first grade index and the whole index ranged from0.414to0.940, the correlation coefficients between the each dimension and their items in the second grade index ranged from0.495to0.891, they are a significant positive correlation (P<0.001); Factor analysis elected5factors with the principal components analysis, the cumulative extraction loading was77.00%, the results show that most entries and the dimensions are consistent with expected model, and the structural validity is good.ConclusionThrough the qualitative and quantitative research methods, the nursing undergraduate interns clinical evaluation indexes was established which included5first grade indexes and24second grade indexes, and the weight of each indexes were identified, and the connotation of the last stage index were identified too. It will provide a reference for training emergency nursing talents for school and evaluating clinical emergency competency of nurses for the employing units.
