Research objective:Through the experimental study of ShaanXi province rowing athletes’ aerobic and anaerobic metabolism, and the discussing of the metabolic characteristics and influencing factors of women rowing athletes, to improve the athletes’ body functions and movement technical level through scientific training, and to achieve outstanding results in the match.Research methods:(1)Documents:Through the consulting of the rowing, aerobic and anaerobic metabolism of rowing athletes in domestic and abroad’s related literature of past ten years at Chinese HowNet, and the analysis, arrangement and summaryof literatures, to understand and acknowledge the Athletes’ aerobic and anaerobic metabolism characteristics, and to be the reference of the analysis and evaluation of the aerobic and anaerobic metabolism capacity of rowing athletes.(2)Experiments:Taking 8 Shaanxi rowing team female athletes and 10 Shaanxi rowing team second female athletes as the research object, using the starting load is 4km/h, gradient of 1 degrees, then, for each additional 2km/h for the next stage of load, each level of sustained exercise 2min,exercise treadmill grade fifth from the start of each level load increased 1 degrees, subjects’ movement until the exhaustive exercise model. The incremental exercise test in the process of gas metabolism and exercise before, immediately after exercise, exercise after 3min, 10min blood lactate changes, to discuss the aerobic capacity and its influence factors. And to use the COMBI bicycle, in accordance with the 8% weight load, determination of 30s anaerobic power.Main experimental results: (1)Thestage of movement beginning:the experimental group VO2, VO2/HR, TV, VECO2 and PetCO2 were greater than the control group. TheRQ, VEO2 and PetO2 lower than those of the control group;(2) With the motor load increases, the experimental group in each level of exercise load when VO2 and VO2/HR always significantly larger than that of the control group (P< 0.01), VD/TV were significantly lower than that of control group (P< 0.01);(3)The last stage during exercise:the experimental group VO2, VCO2, TV, VE and VO2/HR were significantly higher than that of control group (P< 0.01), VD/TV were significantly lower than that of control group (P< 0.01);(4)When ventilatory threshold move powerfully, the experimental group VO2, VCO2, VO2/HR, VE, TV and METS were significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.01), VEO2, VECO2 and VD/TV was smaller than that of the ordinary university students (P< 0.05). At this point, the experimental group VO2 and VO2/HR were highly correlated, and VE, TV and PetCO2 showed a moderate positive correlation, and VEO2 is a moderate negative correlation; the control group VO2 and VE were highly correlated, and VO2/HR showed a moderate positive correlation;(5)The exercise at maximum critical intensity, the experimental group VO2, VCO2, RQ, VO2/HR, VE, TV and RR were significantly higher than that of control group (P< 0.01), EO2, VECO2 and VD/TV were significantly lower than that of control group (P< 0.05). The experimental group VO2max and VO2/HR and TV were highly correlated, and VE, RR, PetCO2 showed a moderate positive correlation, and negatively correlated with PetCO2, VEO2, VECO2 and VD/TV is a moderate negative correlation. The control group VO2max and RR, PetCO2 showed a high positive correlation, and VE and RQ showed a moderate positive correlation with VEO2, VECO2, has a moderate negative correlation, but the correlation is lower than the experimental group;(6)The average power, relatively average power, maximum power, relatively maximum power and blood lactate value significantly greater than that of the control group (P< 0.01).Main conclusions: (1)Entering the stage of working state, excellent rowing athletes’ ventilation function, cardiovascular function and oxygen capacity has rapid mobilization rate;(2)When the ventilatory threshold load during exercise, excellent rowing athletes’ good ventilation, pulmonary ventilation capacity and efficiency of oxygen utilization is the key factors of deciding its oxygen capacity;(3)The aerobic capacity of ShaanXi province Female excellent rowing athletes needs to be improved, the development of rowing athletes aerobic capacity should take the cardiopulmonary development as its main development, and based on the comprehensive development of the oxygen system and oxygen consumption system based on, to function;(4)Shaanxi Province excellent female athlete has a high phosphate metabolism ability of energy supply and glycolytic metabolism ability of energy supply, especially the glycolysis metabolic capacity has more advantages;(5)Compared with the domestic excellent female rowing athletes, Shaanxi Female rowing athletes’lactate tolerance remain to be improved.
