With the training methods and means of constant change, cross-country skiing athletic performance has been greatly improved. Therefore, it is characteristic of cross-country skiing has been in-depth understanding. [1]In the cross-country ski race, the body requires both aerobic metabolism for energy, but also need to anaerobic glycolysis, in the energy supply ratio, the proportion of aerobic metabolism for energy is higher than the proportion of anaerobic metabolism for energy. So, to say, in the cross-country ski race in order to achieve good results we must have a high aerobic and anaerobic exercise capacity. Anaerobic capabilities will undoubtedly promote the improvement of cross-country skiing performance. [2], however, and aerobic exercise capacity compared to the level of aerobic capacity becomes even more important to some. This is because the cross-country skiing, the majority of aerobic exercise time are done under the circumstances, only the aerobic exercise capacity increased, and anaerobic capacity can be faster and better development. Therefore, aerobic capacity can be drawn is a cross-country skiers get the key to excellent results.Aerobic exercise capacity assessment of aerobic capacity indicator is the level of the direct basis for adult athletes, the young athletes as well. Youth cross-country skiing cross-country skiing athletes as a reserve of talent, must be taken seriously. [3]Therefore, this article on five outstanding young cross country skiers before and after training comparison of changes in indicators of aerobic capacity analysis, summed up what indicators changed significantly, what indicators did not change significantly. On the one hand based on these indicators to changes in training methods and means of targeted training to improve athletic performance of athletes, on the other hand for the selection of athletes and lay a good foundation.
