Splenasthenie diarrhea ofen has a long course of disease, symptoms in repeated, with some syndromes, such as abdominal distension, decreased appetite, tired, angular and so on. It has a great influence on the Child growth, brought multiple burden to children and parents on physiological, psychological and economic. The research team which my teacher joined summarized clinical experience for many years. They consider "damp abundance due to splenic asthenia" is the main pathogenesis in infantile diarrhea, and had achieved good curative effect with"invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness" for treatment in treating. This rearch use the enliven spleen and resolve dampness formula to treat infantile splenasthenie diarrhea. Through the observation of clinicalefficacy, and the change of content of serum IgG, IgA, IgM and intestinal SIgA in before and after treatment. We try to use the theory of humoral immunity to explore the curative effect mechanism of the enliven spleen and resolve dampness formula to infantile splenasthenie diarrhea.Research Methods1.To collect20cases of healthy infants, and test their content of serum IgG,IgA, IgM and intestinal SIgA.2. Using simple randomized controlled trials method, the60cases who accord with diagnosis standard be divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. The observation group been given the enliven spleen and resolve dampness formula,while the control group been given smectite powder. Two group both been given the essential received alimta and fluid therapy according to the illness. Treatment was5days.3. To observe the clinical efficacy, and the change of content of serum IgG, IgA, IgM and intestinal SIgA in60cases before and after treatment.The results1.The content of serum IgA, IgM and intestinal SIgA is lower in the splenasthenie diarrhea infants than healthy control group (P<0.05), while serum IgG has no change (P>0.05)2. The observation group serum IgM, IgA and intestinal SIgA is increase after treatment (P<0.05), while serum IgG has no change (P>0.05).Among them intestinal SIgA return to healthy control group’s level,but serum IgM, IgA still lower than it (P<0.05)3. Intestinal SIgA in the control group after treatment decreased (P<0.05) serum IgG, IgA, and IgM did not change (P>0.05).4. The total effective rate was83.33%, better than56.67%of the control group (P<0.05). Syndrome total score lower than the control group (P<0.05) after treatment, especially in improving stool frequency, bloating, loss of appetite3syndrome than the control group, and no adverse reactions.ConclusionThe enliven spleen and resolve dampness formula has a good effect in infantile splenasthenie diarrhea.It can significantly improve symptoms, such as stool frequency, abdominal distension and decreased appetite, and the role is safe. The humoral immune function of spleen diarrhea infants with lower performance in the serum IgA, IgM and intestinal SIgA content decreased. The treatment of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness to this disease may be to play by improving the function of humoral immunity in children and efficacy.
