The Analysis Of The Mode For Big Hospitals’ Participation In The Development Of Community Healthcare Services In Yichang City

Since medicine and community health services are indispensable requirement of social and economic development, with people’s increasing demand for health care, the requirement for the development of community health services has also been strengthened. Today, the development of China’s community health services is facing many problems and obstacles, such as relevant government department lacking system planning and consideration of community health development, long time neglect of primary health service units which restrict their progress. Therefore, in order to establish a long-term development system, it is necessary to allow large hospitals to participate in the improvement of community health services, using their advantages of resources to advance the quality of community health services, and promote community health services advancement.In the process of analysis the community health services development model of YiChang City, the author mainly using the methods of academic document research, data analysis and case analysis and comparison. First of all, the author review the existing academic documents and find a solution of the development of community health services in YiChang City in theory. Then, the author collect the date of status of the YiChang and describe the main existing mode. By citing the successful example of Wuhan, the author analysis its reasons and compare it with YiChang, which demonstrate the possibility of the mode that hospital in charge of community health services. Finally, the author particularly describe the trusteeship mode and point out some problems of mode running which should be paid attention to.The interactive of the third-class hospitals and community health services is becoming the inevitable trend of future development, and the academic has already widely discussed in this area. There are some successful examples in the practical experience in some places. Among many interactive modes, large hospital in charge of community health services model will surely become the future mainstream mode. This argument does not negate the existence of other modes, but illustrate the hospital in charge mode’s huge development space. Therefore, in the future development of community health services, YiChang City should search for the path of development based on its actually situation, improving the quality of community health service and creating a satisfactory environment of medical treatment for the citizens.
