Learning and memory function is an important function of human knowing andadapting objective world,to explore drug of enhanceing Learning and memory function is animportant task of pharmaceutical and medical science field.Anti-dementiaⅠ i mprovedLearning and memory function of VD and AD rats inearlier study. Anti-dementia Ⅰimproved Learning and memory function andalleviated pathological change of VD rats by regulating Ach system and decreaseradical injury in the VD model by blocking the double common carotid artery andinjecting minute embolus in internal carotid artery. Anti-dementiaⅠ improvedSpacecognitive ability, passively escaping ability and pathological change by decrease radicalinjury in the AD model by D-galactose intraperitoneal injecting and injecting Aβ25-35in hippocampus.This trial aim is to survey Anti-dementiaⅠ i nfluence onLearning and memoryfunction of normal rats and mice,offer the basis for clinical use of Anti-dementia.ⅠIn the mice experiment, compared with normal group,the latency, the swimmingdistance,The velocity and starting angle of anti-dementiaⅠ (1.0mg/kg,2mg/kg,4mg/kg)mice were not changed obviously from the1st day to the5th day in water-maze test. Thetimes cross the platform,The total time in quadrant of the platform,the total time in theplatform,distance in platform/total swimming distance percent,average velocity and startingangle of anti-dememtia Ⅰ(1.0mg/kg,2mg/kg,4mg/kg) mice were not changed obviouslyon the6th day in water-maze test.In step-down test, the wrong times on first day,the wrong times and the latency onthe2nd day of anti-dementiaⅠ (1.0mg/kg,2mg/kg,4mg/kg) mice were not changedobviouslyIn step through test,compared with normal group,the wrong times and the latency on the2nd day of anti-dementia Ⅰ(1.0mg/kg,2mg/kg,4mg/kg) mice were not changedobviouslycompared with normal group, the protein content and AchE activity in brain tissueof anti-dementiaⅠ (1.0mg/kg,2mg/kg,4mg/kg) mice were not changed obviously. Anti-dementia Ⅰd o not influence obviously onLearning and memory function ofnormal miceIn rats experiment,compared with normal group,the latency, the swimmingdistance,The velocity and starting angle of anti-dementiaⅠ (0.7mg/kg,1.4mg/kg,2.8mg/kg)rats were not changed obviously from the1st day to the6th day in water-maze test.
