| Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of manipulation maneuver on the Lower cervical vertebral degenerative instabilityMethods:Perspective study was used to carry out a randomized controlled trial.60cases of Lower cervical vertebral degenerative instability were divided into treatment group and control group in a random lottery. All cases were out-patient in Wangjing Hospital of CACMS from2011.3to2012.2. All cases were in line with the diagnostic criteria of lower cervical vertebral degenerative instability. The treatment group was given to a course of Tui-na therapy (once-daily therapy). The control group was given to the traction treatment (once-daily therapy).Clinical curative effect and the improvement condition of objective indexes were observed before and after the treatment.(Statistical Software:SPSS18.0)Results:Treatment group and control group patients were not statistically different in gender, age, VAS and NDI at baseline(P>0.05). Two groups after treatment VAS and NDI were better than before (P<0.05).The treatment group better than the control group (P<0.05). At1-month Follow-up, there were statistical differences between treatment group and control group in VAS and NDI (P<0.05). The total effective rate in treatment group were higher than the figure in control group (P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse effect in both groups. Conclusion:Cilical study proves following conclusion:(1)Both Tui-na therapy and cervical traction therapy were effective to the treatment of lower cervical vertebral degenerative instability.(2)The therapeutic outcomes with manipulation maneuver were better than the outcomes with traction at the end of treatment.(3) Follow-up results show that the total effective rate with Tui-na therapy were higher with Tui-na therapy than the rate which is using traction therapy In the treatment of lower cervical vertebral degenerative instability. |
