Clinical Analysis Of205Cases Of Drug-induced Digestive Diseases

Objective To find out the causes,incidence and resulting risks of drug-induced digestive diseases,in order to provide the reference for the clinical safety and rational use of drugs.Methods Collect205patients of drug-induced digestive diseases which is in our hospital during Apr.2010-Apr.2011.All selected patients completed uniform questionnaire,recorded general condition of patients, diseases, drugs (drug name, dosage, route of administration and so on), drug-induced digestive diseases occurrence time,symptoms, treatment and prognosis.Results1.The general situation:There are98male patients and107female patients in205cases. Male to female is1:1.23.24-year-old minimum age,maximum age85years old, the average age is53.22years old with a disability11.33. The proportion (72.2%) of older age group is the highest. There are166cases of incubation period<12weeks,which accounted for80.98%.2.Pathogenic drugs:The drug caused DIDD with the top four are:nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (32.7%), antibiotics (20.5%), Chinese herbal medicine (11.2%), anticoagulation and nervous system drugs (10.2%).3.Clinical diagnosis:there are71cases of drug-induced gastrointestinal bleeding and ulcer (34.6%),54cases of drug-induced gastroduodenal inflammation (26.3%),53cases of drug-induced liver disease (25.9%),13cases of drug induced esophageal disease (6.3%),12cases of drug induced intestinal injury (5.9%),2cases of drug induced pancreatitis(1.0%).4.DIDD vesting:cure:196(95.6%);a turn for the better:8(3.9%); Death:1(0.5%).Conclusion1. Age at onset in older aged group is more, accounting for72.2%. The majority of drug-induced digestive diseases appears within3months after eat medicine.2.Non-standard and irrational drug administration is the main pathogenetic factors, drug-induced digestivediseaseswere particularly prevalent in the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics,Chinese herbal medicine.3.To improve the understanding of drug-induced diseases and knowledge updating among medical personnel,reduce drug-induced digestive diseases.
