In recent years, drug utilization research(DUR) was launched gradually inthe hospital, it was a important method to understand the drug's use rule in hospital,simultaneously it also was one of powerful tools to solve rational drug use. By theway of drug utilization ,we finish statistical analysis to kinds of dates. For example,storehouse data of digestive system from 2001 to 2006, and discharged patient'srecords for the diseases of the digestive system and adult prescription for diseases ofthe digestive system and prescription of antibacterial drug for children in outpatientservice in affiliated hospital of Guiyang Medical college from June to December in2006. The data statistics includes drugs name, category, specification, usageamount used, retail price, consumption quantity and sales amount and so on.Analysis indicators were carded on by the commonly quantitative indicators of drugutilization, including the arrange of consumption amount ,sale amount, medicineuse amount in everyday, frequency analyzes of drug use and the index analysis ofdrug utilization and so on. Through the research, discovering the characteristic ofdrug utilization, discussing popular situation of disease, present situation anddeveloping tendency of medicine use in hospital, drug abuse in present situationand origin and countermeasure, comparing the difference of each researchmethod, discussing the question of research for children's drug utilization atpresent and so on, providing the reference of drug use for doctor, promoting the development of research to medicine utilization and drug use reasonably.Result:(1)By the analysis of drug utilization to the storehouse data of digestivesystem from 2001 to 2006, the drug ratios of petic ulcer and Liver and gall diseasewere larger, the consumption quantity precedes 2 every year, and presenting therising trend. It occupies the ratio of 73.15% in digestive system; DDDs andconsumption amount of digestive system change unobviously around the reform ofmedical insurance system, but arranges has the fluctuation. After the reform ofmedical insurance system, the majority of prices are cheaper, DDDs of drugs foraccurate curative effect is rising. (2)Through the analysis of drug utilization tohospital discharge medical record who were diagnosed for the digestive systemdisease from June to December in 2006, assisting drugs of liver disease and antacidand petic ulcer drug arrange the first 2. Four of the first ten in DDD is assisting drugsof liver disease, three of the first ten is antacid and petic ulcer drug; DUI≥2 has 1kind and DUI<=0.5 has 2 in 32 digestive system drugs, the using of 90.63%digestive system drugs is reasonable;(3) Through the analysis of drug utilization toadult prescription medicine use from June to December in 2006 who were diagnosedto the digestive system disease, The 1rd, 2rd and 3rd of sales amount are acidsuppression, the antacid and stomach mucous membrane protecting drugs, thestomach and intestines power medicine; The first 10 are three kinds of acidsuppression, three kinds of pressing the power medicine, three kinds of stomachmucous membrane protecting drugs and one antacid drug in DDDs; The numberof DUI＞2 is 1 and the number of DUI＜0.5 is 9 in 39 digestive system medicine,74.36% of them is reasonable.(4) Through the analysis to use of antibiotics for theoutpatient service for the children from June to December in 2006, The frequencyof using penicillin antibiotics is highest (47.02%); DUI of 12 kinds is bigger than1 in 24 kinds of antibioticses, and DUI of 4 kinds is bigger than 2, it is notreasonably used. Most of antibiotics for children is good curative effect, smalltoxicity, inexpensive price, the use of the antibiotics is reasonable overall, but theunreasonable phenomenon still remain.In this research, the research object is the storehouse data, the medical record, the prescription for the hospital drugs (including adult prescription and childprescription).Quota target analysis used commonly is carried on, The changes ofuse trend can be analyzed by storehouse data in relative longer time, From this wemay analyze the popular tendency of the disease, But it cannot reflect the rationalityof the medicine using in the hospital, The medical record analysis and theprescription analysis may reflect the custom of doctors in this period, and it can carryon the appraisal of rationality and Advanced to the plan of disease treatment.This research shows:(1)In this hospital digestive system medicine is mainlyused to liver disease assisting with the medicine, and digestive tract ulcer is mainshowing the trend of escalation year by year. Most of them is t cheap and curativeeffect; It shows the hepatitis disease and digestive tract ulcer disease still were mostmain sickness of digestive system disease in the recent years, we should strengthenthe research of prevention and treatment to the two kinds of diseases; In myhospital, the drug usage of digestive system medicine and anti-digestive tractbacterium is reasonable. (2) The research of drug utilization to storehouse datacould not be explained the rationality of drugs usage, but it can be made up for thislimitation by the drug utilization of medical records and prescription. Because ofthe limitations of data collection, the analysis of medical records and prescriptioncan not show the trends of hospital drug using, Combining the three data, hospitaldrug usage can be analyzed fully and objectively. (3) Analysis from the index of themedicine using, in this hospital the unreasonable dosage of the medicine also existsin the digestive system medicine and antibiotics for children, It shows the hospitalshould strengthen the propaganda and supervisor to the using of medicine. (4)Currently the 90% of drugs in domestic market is not the formulationshas forchildren. Most of drugs is not specifically addressed to the dose of children, all iscalculated from the adult dosage, the medicine security in the child is unable tosafeguard. so the reasonable evaluation of children drug using is short of objectiveevaluation. The drug using of children need be attended and developed bygovernment departments and medical enterprises, it should be leaded to the attention. |
