Objective:To evaluate the Mucosal induction gel’s effectiveness and safety in the treatment of Vaginal abnormal micro ecology and Cervical erosion (now called cervical columnar epithelium overseas,are below with cervical columnar epithelium overseas instead of cervical erosion.Methods:The expriment was by shanxi medical university hospital the frist clinical trial to be approved by the ethics committee.The use of a multicenter randomized,double-blind controlled clinical trials,test results using SPSS13.0software processing.The author of this test has collected the fifty patients in research.The test group use drug,and control group in use placebo controls.To be signed before test were informed consent abide by the declaration of the rights of the subjects Helsinki protection, signed the agreement then enter into the accessibility screening period.In the process of test to comply with the standed operating procedures(SOP),actively mobilize subjects compliance,avoid fall off.The choice of subjects to meet strict into the row of standards,such as has sexual behavior,but except pregnancy lactation and menstruation, and exclude cervical cancer,cancer, hypertensive disease,kidney and liver function abnormal,using hormones and chemotherapy,etc.Then the diagnosis of vaginal abnormal micro ecology.There are fifty patients in the group just include fifteen cervical erosion.So the author use cervical columnar epithelium overseas as the observation index,collect the forty-five cervical columnar epithelium overseas from Dec2009to Dec2010.Test process should tell the participants the use of the devices detailed,and ensure that the correct use of test subjects equipment,and don’t with other vaginal medicines.Results:The healing process without fall off or eliminate cases.Compared the Lactobacillus、pH ect, the test group was better, P<0.01,and didn’t found the serious adverse reaction. The survey analysis of the forty-five cases of cervical columnar epithelium’ the erosioa areas of treatment result were for:mild cure rate was100percent; moderate cure was63.6percent, significant efficiency for31.8percent, effective rate was4.6percent; severe cure rate was11.8percent, significant efficiency for52.9percent,effective rate was29.4percent, without efficiency for5.9percent.Conclusion:Cervical mucous membrane can be used to improve induction gets vaginal micro ecology,repair the damage.Mucosal induction gel is safty in used of the Vaginitis cervicitis and Cervical erosion,and the effect is evident.
