Abstract: Objective: To detect serum GDF-15expression levels of patients ofthe different coronary heart disease and its changes,study the correlation of the serumGDF-15and CK-MB、 CTnI,in order to provide a more precise laboratory basis forearly diagnosis, assessment and treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods: Collected cases in Department of Cardiology of ficiliated Hospital ofYan’an University from March2011to February2012., including150cases, whichhave been diagnosed with coronary heart disease120patients,30cases are confirmedby coronary angiography coronary artery disease-negative, it divied into the group of30cases of STEMI patients,30cases of patients with NSTEMI,30patients with SAPand30cases of patients with UAP, and150patients were collected during the sameperiod by the principle of comparable by gender, age, past medical history, collectedserum before PCI in the patients with chest pain, peripheral blood serum of GDF-15levels were detected by ELISA and record the clinical and biochemical indices, acutemyocardial infarction group patients were collected just admission of quick bloodserum. SPSS13.0statistical is for data processing.Results:1. GDF-15levels in stable angina, unstable angina, non ST-segmentelevation myocardial infarction group, ST segment elevation myocardial infarctiongroup were gradually increased, and significantly higher than control group (P <0.05).2. CTnI, CK-MB in the CHD group was significantly higher than non-CAD group (P<0.05), acute myocardial infarction group was significantly higher than that ofunstable angina and stable angina (P <0.05).; experimental group were statisticallysignificant between the AMI and angina pectoris group CTnI level was statisticallydifferent. CK-MB in AMI group was significantly higher than the other four groups,with statistical significance. GDF-15was a close correlation with others(P <0.05), the correlation coefficients were r=0.696,0.768,0.790.4. Experimental serum GDF-15with coronary artery disease with age, of CTnI, CK-MB The risk factors of TC, UA,BUN, creatinine were positively correlated (P <0.05), and HDL-C was subrelated (P<0.05), indicating that GDF-15is related to the development of coronary heart disease.5. Acute myocardial infarction group is increased with cTnI peak and CK-MB peak,and CK-MB peak was approximately2times of the CTnI peak.6. serum of GDF-15levels also increased with increasing of LDL-C. In acute myocardial infarction group,serum GDF-15and CTnI, CK-MB were higher expressed, CTnI is followed, CK-MBis slightly lower. GDF-1595%confidence interval in SAP UAP USTEMI STEMIgroupandhealthycontrolgroup,respectively(pg/ml):231.00-293.15,270.92-592.55,548.83-1213.62,590.60-1842.72,170.16-126.74.Conclusion:1. GDF-15levels in stable angina, unstable angina, non ST-segmentelevation myocardial infarction group, ST segment elevation myocardial infarctiongroup were gradually increased.2. GDF-15and CTnI, CK-MB was positively correlated (P <0.05).3. acute myocardial infarction group, the serum of GDF-15levels increased withcTnI and CK-MB peak, and CK-MB peak was approximately2times of CTnI peak.4.Serum GDF-15of coronary heart disease was positively correlated with riskfactors which is TC UA, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine (P <0.05), and HDL-C wassubrelated (P <0.05), indicating that GDF-15is related to the occurrence anddevelopment of coronary heart disease.Therefore, GDF-15can be used as one of the different points of coronary arterydisease severity predictor of coronary heart disease.GDF-15can be diagnosed ofcoronary heart disease needs further study.
