AIM:To investigate the effects of Laparoscopically hysterectomy monopolarelectrocoagulation to body’s electrolyte、ovarian function after theoperation、bowel movement and uterine ultrastructure. By means of thecomparation of the monopolar coagulation and Ligasure in Laparoscopicallyhysterectomy.and their effects to celiac temperature、serum eledtrolyte、ovarian function after operation and uterine ultrastrure.and the electric heatdamage cause postoperative complication.ipersonate and comprehensiveevaluate monopolar coagulation.provide reasonable basis for the use ofmonopolar coagulation,provide preventive medicine during the operation andafter operation.to better prevent the complication.provde secure and effectivetherapies for all the patients.METHODS:Choose60patients who accept laparoscopically hysterectomy in the3rdaffiliated hospital of Jinan University (the people’s hospital of zhuhai)duringDecember in2009to December in2010,divide into two groups by thedifferent hemostasis method,30patients in the monopolar electrocoagulationgroup,30patients in the Ligasure group, The operating time,bloodloss,postoperative recovery were analyzed,all the patients measure thevariation of body’s electrolyte (Potassium、Sodium、Chlorine、Calcium)respectively before operation、during operation、24hs after operation、48hsafter operation to understand the change of them,all the patients measure the FSH、LH and E2before the operation、during the operation and1month、3month、6month、1year after operation,to known the ovarian function,andthe relationship of ultrastructure.choose12patients uterus to make sample byramdom,we choose the sample where the dissection between uterine horn andfallopian tube,select the part where haven’t change under microscope to maketransmission electron microscope sample,select the same change tophotographs,to know the two groups change of ultrastructure and the distance.RESULTS:Here were no chance between the two groups in postoperativetemprature,recovery time of intestinal function and bowel moment. Herewere no chance between the two groups in the ovarian function afteroperation.The operating time and blood loss were less in the Ligasuregroup.all the patients’ potassium are increasing compare to beforeoperation,sodium invariant,chlorine and calcium are decreasing,but theelectrolyte level come to normal after24hs and48hs after theoperation.compare the two groups,there have not statistical significance inelectrolyte.cell membrane turn up breakage,organelle mitochondrionexpansion,chromation turn up pyknosis and karyorrhexis.CONCLUSIONS:There have no change in microscope in10mm after monopolarelectrocoagulation,But they have changed in the transmission electronmicroscope,so you should select the correct current characteristic、actinglocus、acting time and the stop indicator when using monopolarelectrocoagulation,to decrease the thermal injury as possible as you can.
