Yunan black pig is to use henan excellent local species Huainan pig as itsfemale parent, Through a large proportion (62.5%) to import its distinctivelyancestry, finally to be our National lean-meat new varieties of livestock and poultryvia9generations totally11years. Yunan black pig characters its resistance offeeding thick, Strong resistance,good flesh,has a high lean-meat of carcass,fastgrowth and saving forage.To accommodate the characteristics of Yunan black pig,reduce feedcosts,improve economic benefits,save forage,we should make a fit nutrition level toincrease using rate of forage,lower the dependent on grain.This experiment was todetermine the sufficient quantity of crude fibre and lysine,through the growthfattening period (30-90kg) of Yunan black pig.At the same time conducted theslaughter determination and Fleshy evaluation to ascertain the slaughterperformance and fleshy properties of Yunan black pig,to provide the TheoreticalBases and data support for the fit nutrition level formulation.This experiment was diveded into two phases of30-60kg and60-90kg toproceed this study.Research on Swine of30-60kg was to make sure the fit quantidy of crudefibre and lysine,choose135heads health Yunan black pigs of the same sex,thesame farrow and the same weight about30kg,use the two factors completely crossrandom experiment of3(crude fibre in each group was4%,5.5%and7%separately)multiply3(lysine in each group was0.64%,0.74%and0.84%separately).Thisexperiment totally has9groups,each groups repeats3times,and5heads pige eachrepeation.This experiment analysed and studied the growing performance,the Serumbiochemical indicators and the apparent digestibility of nutriment.The results showthat:1)the different levels of crude fibre and lysine has influence on Yunan blackpig at growth period of30-60kg,and the influence has mutual relationship.With theimprovement of the crude fibre in forage,the need of lysine increase.So therequirement of lysine has positive correlation relationship with the crube fibre.2)Synthesize each indicator,it is clear that we could use crube fibre level at5.5%andlysine level at0.64%in feed to the production of the growth fattening period(30-60kg) of Yunan black pig.Research on Swine of60-90kg was to make sure the fit quantidy of the needof lysine, choose45heads health Yunan black pigs of the same sex,the samefarrow and the same weight about60kg, use the single factors completely crossrandom experiment. This experiment totally has3groups,each group use foragecontains lysines separately at the level of0.64%,0.74%and0.84%,and each group repeated3times,and5heads pige each repeation. This experiment analysedand studied the growing performance,the Serum biochemical indicators and theapparent digestibility of nutriment. The experiment results show the best amount ofneeds of lysine of growth fattening period Yunan black pig at60-90kg is0.84%.This experiment studied the slaughter performance and fleshy properties.Weproceeded the preliminary slaughter determination and Fleshy evaluation to the6heads health Yunan black pigs at about90kg(85-100kg), feed in group the4%levelof crube fibre and the6.4%level of the lysine.what The experiments show asfollows:1)Yunan black pig totally meet the standards of our Chinese lean-meatswine spieces because of its high rate of lean-meat,large area of musculus ocularisAnd Average backfat.2)the dressing percentage was close to the importswine,higher than our local spieces.3)the hige skin rate may be the one cause ofthe lower quantidy of lean-meat.4)Yunan black pig has better fleshcolor and`Marble vein,higher moisture content and cooking holding percentage,lowerdrip loss and loss of water rate, better meat appearance,Tenderness and juiciness.And Higher dry material in muscle and crude ash.the meat content a fit fat...
