| The experiment was designed to study the effect of non-starch polysaccharase (NSP) on performance, immune fuction and intestinal development of ducks, and selected the optinal NSP enzyme specially for ducks according to the test result.In experiment1,24cherry valley ducklings was conducted to test the effect of three NSP enzymes on the nutrient availability and ENIV, then preliminary screened according to the test result. Four single-factor designs were employed. Every wheat diet was treated with1different NSP enzyme. Six replicates were assigned to each treatment.Each group was feed the wheat diet adding to celluase, NSP enzyne1and NSP enzyme2(100g/t) to research the effect of the effect of three NSP enzymes on the nutrient availability and AME of Wheat,test period was9days. The results showed as follows:compared with control group, supplementation with NSP enzyme2to wheat increased CP,Energy and CF availability and AME by8.33%ã€6.230%ã€3.19%å’Œ0.62MJ/kg(P<0.05),EE availability by17.25%(P<0.01). However, there were no significant difference between NSP enzyme1cellulase and control group. Compared with control group, ENIV of apparent metabolism energy and availability of crude Protein Per kg feeding of NSP2group increased0.62MJ and0.77%respectively, and ENIV of apparent metabolism energy and availability of crude protein per gram enzyme preparation of NSP2group increased6.2MJ and7.7%.The second study was designed to evaluat the effect of NSP enzyme on performance, immune organ allelotaxy and blood biochemical parameters of ducks fed on wheat-based diets.360one-day-old ducks were randomly divided into3treatment, with6replicates of20ducks each, each group was fed the wheat diets, wheat+NSP enzyme1and wheat+NSP enzyme2. The experiment periods were starter phase (1to14d) and grower phase (15to 42d). The result indicated that:(1) NSP enzyme addtive had no effect on daily weight gain.Compared with control group, the feed intake had decreased1.32%and0.36%(P>0.05) in1-14d of NSP enzyme1and2group. NSP enzyme1group decreased0.94%(P>0.05) compared with NSP enzyme2, the F/R of each group had no significant effect in1-14d(P>0.05). The feed intake had significantly decreased15.22%and10.63%(P<0.05), F/R had decreased5.19%and2.67%(P<0.05) compared with control group and NSP enzyme1of15-42d.Compared with control group,the feed intake and F/R of NSP enzyme2of1-42d had significantly descend5.78%and4.20%(P<0.05).(2) NSP enzyme had no effect on immune organ allelotaxy, compared with control group and NSP enzyme1, the related weight of thymic of42d NSP enzyme2had significantly decreased(P<0.05).(3) NSP enzyme additive had no significantly effect of GOT, GPT, AKP, T3, T4, INS and GH. Compared with control group and NSP enzyme2, the uric acid of14d NSP enzyme1had significantly descend14.46%and18.68%(P<0.05), however,the uric acid of42d had significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with control control group, the NSP enzyme2had no effect on42d uric acid (P>0.05), but the dowtrend was significant. The BUN of42d NSP enzymel and2had significantly decreased30.5%and26.7%(P<0.05).The third experiment studied the effect of NSP enzyme on intestinal tract development and endogenous digestive enzyme of ducks.The experiment treatment was samed with experiment two, the purpose was studing the effect of difference NSP enzyme on endogenous digestive enzyme, mucous membrane disaccharides, intestinal tract related weight and length, duodenum and jejunum morphosis of ducks, suppplying theory data for enzyme selected.The result showed:(1) NSP enzyme had no effect on pancreas amylase and prolease,pepsin.Compared with control group,each enzyme activity of NSP enzyme2had rised tendency on14d and42d (P>0.05), pancreas amylase and pepsin of NSP enzyme1group had decended tendency (P>0.05), pancreas prolease had rised tendency (P>0.05); Duodenum amylase of NSP enzyme land2group had significantly decreased79.73%.65.66%(P<0.05), duodenum total prolease of NSP enzyme2had significantly decreased42.09%(P<0.05), but had no significant deviation with NSP enzyme1,decreased23.27%(P>O.05), compared with control group.NSP enzyme1had decreased24.23%(P>0.05) on14day.The NSP enzyme had no effect on duodenum and jejunum amylase, prolease of42d ducks.(2) Compared with control group,the duodenum disaccharides activity of NSP enzyme land2had rised43.79%and43.88%(P>0.05) of14d ducks, jejunum disaccharides had rising tedency (P>0.05), NSP enzyme2had significantly rising tendency comparing with NSP enzyme1(P>0.05). Compared with control group, duodenum and jejunum disaccharides of NSP enzyme2of42d ducks had decreased29.61%,28.18%(P>0.05), duodenum disaccharides of NSP enzyme1had decreased9.76%(P>0.05), jejunum disaccharides had rised10.67%(P>0.05)(3) The NSP enzyme additive had no effect on intestinal tract,glandual stomach and pancreatic related weight of14d ducks.Compared with the control group,the glandual stomach related weight of NSP enzyme1and2group had significantly decended11.32%,11.79%(P<0.05) of42d ducks, the pancreas related weight of NSP enzyme2group had decending tedency (P>0.05), but compared with NSP enzyme1group, had significantly decended7.6%(P<0.05). The NSP enzyme had no efffect on intestinal tract related length.(4) The NSP enzyme additive could improve duodenum villus morphous,compared with the control group and NSP enzyme2group, the villus related length of NSP enzyme1group had increased16.27%and15.33%(P<0.05) of14d ducks, between control group and NSP enzyme2group had no significant deviation. Compared with the control group and the NSP enzyme1group,the crypt depth of NSP enzyme2had significantly decended14.32%and21.42%(P<0.05) on14d and42d ducks, the NSP enzyme1and2had significantly improved the V/C of42d ducks35.51%,22.61%(P<0.05), both the NSP enzyme group had no significantly deviation, the NSP enzyme1had significantly improved the myenteron thickness(P<0.05) of14d and42d ducks, had no significantly deviation with NSP enzyme2group (P>0.05), so the enzyme additive had improved the duodenum villus development.14d,the jejunum crypt depth of NSP enzyme1and2group had significantly decending26.97%and21.94%(P<0.05)comparing with the control group, the villus length of NSP enzyme2group of42d ducks had improved19.29%(P<0.05). The NSP enzyme had improved14d V/C of ducks, the NSP enzyme1and2groups had improved47.30%and38.89%, but had no effect on42d ducks, and both the NSP enzyme group had no significantly deviation. The result showed that the NSP enzyme had positive effect on jejunum early development, but had no effect on later period.In summary, the NSP enzyme could improve the plant recovery of nutrient and reduce the ratio of feed and weight, decrease the cost of production. The NSP enzyme could improve the digestion function, promote growth development of intestine, increase the absorptive power of nutrient substance, ensure healthy and growth. |
