The Research Of User Participation Design For SI House Based On BIM

The house life short problem has existed in our country for a long time. As statistics, the average house life in our country is25-30years, while the number in English is132years. That means house life in our country is100years shorter than English. The main reason which leads to house short life problem in our country is low quality of house construct and users rebuild by themselves that influence houses’safety. The frequently build and demolish lead to serious resource waste and environment pollute. SI House in Japan can be separated as Skeleton and Infill. The house’s physics life can be extended by raise the Skeleton part’s strength and the function life can be extended by the Infill part changeable. SI House which can solve the house life short problem in our country is worth to be popularized.In SI House, the Infill part’s changeable character reflects the house’s open feature. Users can participate in the Infill part’s design procession that make the house’s function can always suit families life circle and reflects users’specific needs. In our country, citizens are always fervent in house interior design, and the changeable Infill part in SI House can realize their dream. But there are many technology and policy difficulties to realize the user participation in our country. The open character in SI House cannot be reflected by now.BIM can manage projects’design, construction and use process by building information modeling. In this paper, we will discuss the method of user participation design for SI House based on BIM. Use the BIM’s advantages which are open character with various coordination, sharing character based on internet, participate right’s controllable, visualization by3D modeling, documentation and can carry great quantity information, combined with internet advantages which is can interchange ideas, renew quickly and contain great quantity information to provide a platform for users and architectures. By this method, users can not only participate in the construction process, but also the reform process in the future. The user participation realization is benefit for SI House’s popularization in our country.
