The Research Of Conservation And Restoration Of Traditional Scenes In Historical Area Of Taidong Town In Qingdao

Qingdao has a long history of more than one hundred years.As one ofthe earliest Qingdao residential area,The Taitung town has extremelyunique blocks layout, construction of form,unsophisticatedfolkways andpeaceful residents courtyard. The Taitung town historic blocks’protection and updated significance has not cause the attention ofgovernment department and academic department in this important momentthat Germany architecture style and historical building are being closelywatched.And its historical value and society value, academic value andartistic value has been ignored.Therefore,from intangible culturalprotection perspective the research of Taitung town’s cultural value hasvery important meaning.Based on the analysis and research of the historical block of Qingdaotaitung town’s early building, streets and space to explain its protectionvalue and highlighted its protection significance. Through a lot of fieldinvestigation and esearch,and analysis of the block’s currentdevelopment situation, this paper puts forward protection and renewalstrategy according to the need of protection and rebuilding.1， According to the town’s historical block protection andtransformation,Icompared the similarities and differences about thepresent and the past blocks architectural form, function andcharacteristics.2，By compare the analysis of the changes of Taitung town’s residentialenvironment and further investigation on the existing streets andbuildings to find the question in the residential environmental change.3，Do some research on the protection strategy in the historical blockrepresentative residential site and tracking the renovation of Xinhuali which is the typical residential civilian courtyard in historical blockTaitung.So,we can protect the Taitung town’s living environment from the angleof buliding environment,and provides some feasible Suggestions for thereconstruction of building environment. I hope this research can makemore values on the protection strategy in the historical block.
