Research On Logistics Planning Of Jiangxi Province Based On Principal Component Clustering And Logistics Demand Forecasting

With the establishment of market economy and rapid development in the infrastructure of the transportation and telecommunication, regional economic relations are more convenient and close in china, the two-way interaction of economic development and logistics are more obvious. The important roles of logistics which promoting regional economic development have become increasingly prominent, the regional logistics planning is very important. So the state has introduced a variety of the relevant documents and policies of developing logistics, provinces and cities have also introduced a variety of policies for logistics development and made regional logistics development plan to speed up the development of local logistics. In particular coastal provinces and municipalities of rapid development in economy, regional logistics planning is earlier and more in-depth. Such as the study of Pearl River Delta Regional Logistics Development Planning, the study of the Yangtze River Delta city group logistics network planning, the study and formulation of these plans will greatly promote the development of the logistics industry in china.Jiangxi is a central inland province, adjacent to Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang coastal provinces. Although the location has some advantages, the logistics industry is relatively backward. In recent years, with the state"To promote the rise of Central China"strategy, Jiangxi grasp the favorable opportunity firmly, further deepen the opening-up, attack industrial mainly, which make economic development into the fast lane. The process of economic integration is speeding up obviously, but the regional logistics development is a little lag. To further promote the logistics industry, the provincial government attaches great importance to logistics development and have introduced some policies related to logistics and logistics planning, such as"the eleventh five logistics development plan of Jiangxi and"restructuring and revitalization planning of Jiangxi province logistics"and so on. These policies and planning's introduction will promoting the economic development of Jiangxi greatly. Facing the new economic situation, developing speed, more convenient transportation and communication conditions, using comprehensive data, quantitative and qualitative analysis method to plan regional logistics is not only a pressing problem in our province, but also a reference for the 12th five logistics plan.The paper firstly analyses present status of logistics development of Jiangxi province, then analyses the level of logistics development of the 11 prefecture-level city by principal component cluster analysis and logistics demand forecast, combining with the province layout and pattern of traffic development, and using the theory of regional logistics plan, we work out the logistics plan of Jiangxi province, including logistics infrastructure planning and information platform planning. At last, put forward the corresponding implementation strategy and policy recommendations.
