Research On The Evaluation Of City Logistics Development Level In Shandong

With the development of economy and people's understanding of modern logistics,logistics plays an increasingly important role.As the consumption center,distributing center and production center of commodities,cities are becoming more and more important in economic development Urban logistics can promote the economic development of cities and regions.Compared with the developed areas of logistics industry,the logistics development in Shandong province is still at a low level.The development level of logistics in various prefecture-level cities is very different.The development of supply and demand is uneven.The evaluation of the development level of urban logistics can provide an overall understanding of the development scale and situation of logistics,and more accurately locate the logistics development degree and determine the development direction of logistics industry,proposing more effective,scientific development plans and policies to achieve healthy and stable urban logistics development.Based on the research objects of prefecture-level cities in Shandong province,this paper takes the development level of urban logistics as the starting point and summarizes relevant literature related to urban logistics at home and abroad.Firstly,the paper states the connotation and characteristics of urban logistics and concludes that logistics demand is a kind of inducing demand.The level of logistics development depends on the economic development level.The consistency of the two levels requires the supply of logistics services to match the demand of economic development for logistics services.Therefore,according to the relationship between logistics demand and logistics supply,the level of logistics development is defined as advanced,matching and lagging.Both the advanced state and the laging state are not the ideal state,and cannot effectively play the role of urban logistics,which can hinder the development of urban economy.In the matching state,the development of urban logistics industry can produce positive interactions with economic development.Then,the influence factors of urban logistics development level are analyzed from two aspects,which are urban logistics demand and logistics basic supply,by fish bone map analysis.In terms of logistics demand,it has established five secondary subdivision factors:population,economy,industrial structure,transportation and circulation consumption;In terms of logistics base supply,it has established five secondary subdivision factors:infrastructure,logistics development potential,talent and research development,promotion of information technology and policies and regulations.Based on the analysis results andthe construction principle of the index system,the evaluation index system of the level of logistics development in Shandong province is established.Finally,the author collects relevant data on the development of logistics in prefecture-level cities in Shandong province,and uses PCA to rank the logistics demand level and logistics supply level in Shandong province,finding out the main influencing factors.In addition,the difference square and Ward method in the clustering are used to divide the cities in Shandong province.The logistics of prefecture-level cities in Shandong province logistics level of demand and supply level is divided into very high,high,medium and low four levels,and analyzes each level of the existing problems in the development of city logistics and the comparison between different levels.Based on logistics demand of prefecture-level cities in Shandong province level division level and the level of logistics supply,this paper concludes that there are ten cities in Shandong province development level of logistics in a stable area,such as Qingdao city,Jinan city and Linyi city;In the leading area,there are Yantai city,Heze city,Tai'an City and Binzhou city;In the lagging area,there are Zibo city,Jining city and Weihai city.In the end of this paper,it put forward some suggestions on policy according to the analysis results.
