Recently, the "poison apple" has aroused people's awareness. This is a pollution incident caused by a supplier of Apple Inc, which has brought negative impacts to Apple's brand . Heated discussions and thinking of business ethics was sparked again after the Sanlu incident and Shuanghui incident. I am working in Cisco Inc. It is a well-known multinational company within the telecommunication industry, with strong experiences of construction and management for corporate ethics. This topic is based on the case study of Cisco's practice of corporate ethics, to find the importance of corporate ethics and methods to practice. The first chapter is the introduction article to clarify the importance of business ethics. The second chapter discusses the definition of business ethics, three levels in its content and its role in the enterprise. In the third chapter, I introduce Cisco's background and culture, and then focus on describing their business ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility practices on the content and methods. How to establish an effective and comprehensive business ethics management system are summarized at the end. In Chapter IV , I analysis the positive impact made by corporate ethics to Cisco internal and external stakeholders, technique innovation strategy , marketing and other aspects, through 2 questionnaires and other relevant data. The Chapter V figures out that there are so many changes in the environment today. Cisco's corporate ethics encounters many opportunities and challenges from the environmental, social, personnel, and other aspects. At last, I propose that Cisco should adhere to corporate ethics, and actively adjust the company's strategy, through external cooperation, internal organization optimization, enhanced communication and other methods to address these challenges.
