With China’s economic growth, a series of social problems appear, such asenvironmental degradation, resource exhaustion, regional economic developmentunbalanced and so on, and the reason cases to these problems is that the enterprisespursuit of profit and ignore the social responsibility. However, foreign corporate societyresponsibility movements develop greatly, which has become an inevitable trend. At thesame time, rational consumers not only care about the basic function of the product orservice for product, but also care about whether the product has the environmentalprotection; Consumer have play an important role of promoting corporate bearing socialresponsibility.The research on consumers’ awareness of the social responsibility of householdappliances corporate and its influences to purchase behaviors has the importanttheoretical significance and practical significance. It will not only benefit tocomplement to corporate social responsibility, enrich and perfect the theory of consumerbehavior, promote marketing paradigm from product marketing to the companymarketing, and be helpful for enterprises to choose the right way to social responsibility.The research results show that products quality, after-sales service, business ethics,crisis management and public behavior of managers form consumers’ cognitivedimension about home appliance enterprise. Secondly, the evaluation of consumers toSCR has significant positive impact on consumers’ purchasing behavior and spreadbehavior. At last, this paper proposed five proposals that increase consumers’ identity tocorporate social responsibility: strengthening corporate society responsibilityconsciousness, setting up the social responsibility of the enterprise based on consumermanagement department, promoting the enterprise product and the service quality,increasing public welfare inputs and business ethics construction, building the enterprisemanagers good social image.
