The Study On The Corporate Ethics Culture In China

Along with the economical globalization and the soar of Chinese economy, the corporate ethics culture arouses people's concern increasingly. In recent years, the two water pollution affairs of Songhua River caused by industry make Chinese corporate cognize the significance of corporate ethics culture profoundly. Currently, the development circumstance of Chinese corporate ethics cultural is not optimism, existing many problems, such as resource extravagancy, environment pollution, trustworthiness imperfection, corruption and bribery, disregarding the existence of benefit-relatives, etc.. These problems influence the healthy and harmonious development of Chinese corporate and society on different degree. Therefore, the study on Chinese corporate ethics culture has a positive and pushing function on the development of the corporate itself and the whole society.Firstly, this thesis introduces the connotation of corporate ethics culture, and some domestic and international theories related with it. Secondly, it analyzes the main content of corporate ethics culture in detail from fouraspects--trustworthiness, person-oriented thought, efficiency and innovation.Then, setting out from actuality, the thesis parses the key problems and the cause of formation of Chinese corporate ethics culture on the base of some cases systematically. Lastly, it investigates the instruction thought, concrete principle, method and approach of the construction of Chinese corporate ethics culture, and how to enhance the corporate ethics concept level pertinently. The purpose is to assist Chinese corporate to improve their understanding on ethics culture, strengthen the construction of corporate ethics culture, undertake the social responsibility actively, make corporate step on a healthy and continuous development path.
