Comparative Study. In Western Archival Information Disclosure System

This issue will make comparisons between China and western countries using themethods of literature research and investigation. In May2008, the Publication ofGovernment Information Regulations of Chinese People's Republic Country appearedformally on the stage, which brought a climax of researching archive informationpublication. As the countries that implemented this policy earlier, the USA and someWestern countries has made the archive policy develop into maturity through manyyears' implementation and improvement. This issue elaborates the definition of archiveinformation in detail and the course of development of archive informationpublication in China and some western countries. In this issue, it makes comparisonfrom the perspectives of model of policy, structure of policy, implementing agencies,public content and other items, analyzing the similarities and differences between Chinaand some western countries, it points out the enlightenment and optimal paths to thework of archive information publication in our country. Finally, summarizing the fulltext content, and holding the raised expectations that the archive informationpublication of China will be persistent, orderly and healthy.
