Research On Online Interactive Information Service Of Provincial Public Archives In My Country

With the development and updating of network information technology and the concept of archival services,archival websites and archival social media platforms have been widely used in archival information services.China's provincial public archives have also launched usercentric and user-oriented archival online interactive information service construction,and have provided archival information services to users on archival websites,archival We Chat accounts and archival Weibo.This article focuses on the current status and problems of online interactive information services in provincial public archives in China,and proposes optimization strategies for online interactive information services.It aims to provide ideas for improving the overall level of online archive information services provided by provincial public archives in China using websites and social media.First,this article summarizes the current research status at home and abroad,defines the concept of online interactive information services,and elaborates the theoretical basis of this article.Secondly,the author investigated in detail the current status of online interactive information services on the websites of provincial public archives in China and social media(We Chat public account,Weibo),and constructed an online interactive information service analysis model for provincial archives websites by using text mining technology,taking Shaanxi and Zhejiang provincial public archives websites as examples to carry out empirical research.Taking archival Weibo as the research object,using data mining technology and quartile method to construct a social media interactive information service analysis model of provincial archives,and measures the interaction of users in the online interactive information service of provincial public archives Weibo.Then compares the situation of China's provincial public archives and provincial public libraries using websites and social media to develop online interactive information services,and analyze and summarize the problems in the provincial public archives' online interactive information services.Finally,a practical strategy for optimizing the interactive information service of the archives website is proposed,which will provide a useful reference for the provincial public archives to optimize the website and the social media online interactive information service.The online interactive information service analysis model of the provincial public archives constructed in this paper is more scientific,can objectively evaluate the status of interactive information services,and is practical and versatile.However,due to the small number of samples and the limited technical level,the index setting and calculation methods need to be deepened.Later,we will improve the technology and algorithms,enhance the applicability of the model,and comprehensively and accurately evaluate the effectiveness of online interactive information services for archives.
