This thesis emphasizes on introducing the theory research of 2~6GHz super-wideband coaxial circulator,based on the research of microwave dielectric,craftwork techniques of embedding for various gyromagnetic substrate,the designation of resonance composed with microwave dielectric and various gyromagnetic substrate embedding,and based on the research of designation techniques for super wideband multi-stage impedance matching circuit, the designation techniques for wide temperature range compensation magnetic circuit,and eventually got the theory designation. This paper establishes the simulation and optimization models of 2~6GHz super-wideband coaxial circulator by using the HFSS software,and simulates and optimizes the high frequency electric-magnetic field of super-wideband circulator resonance;Then uses the Maxwell software to simulate and optimize the static magnetic (including permanent magnetic,magnetic circuit,magnetic-temperature compensation ) required by 2~6GHz super-wideband coaxial circulator.
