As microwave technological development, the broadband and times frequency part is finding wider and wider application in the electronic confrontations, broadband and multi-band communications, scanning test, network analysis and the solid source. The broadband circulators and isolators have been widely used in microwave communications, the radar and other electronic equipment. The common parts are three or four ports device. To realizing the purpose of multi-signal output, which needs to make inputs into multiple channels for realizing the working frequency change, the application of broadband and times frequency components of seven ports are used more necessary. The applied 8~12GHz seven port sample of ferrite circulator have important significant to the electronic confrontations system of the equipment units ,which can be used for modern military equipment and electronic system.This paper firstly have described the classification and working principle and the application form of circulator, the application situation and prospects of the multi-ports circulator, and have described also the essay structure, the researching purpose and contents of the broadband multi-port circulator. And then have demonstrated the design of single part circulator, which including the structure design, the principle design, the magnetic ferrite material choice, the conductor size computing of circulator. And then have described the process of high frequency electromagnetism simulation using HFSS simulation software for single part circulator, which including the creation of a new project, the solution of type, model unit, model material, creation of center conductor, ferrite slice, 3D model of cavity, the solution of ports, loading the magnetic field, the solution of frequency and checking model settings, keeping project, solving the project and monitoring the result. Finally have described the design and application of T-based ferrite loading, multi-part circulator's cascading and assembly, the testing result of signal circulator and broadband multi-port circulator .The design of T-based ferrite loading includes the structure and size of T-based ferrite loading and the matching circuits design. The cascading and assembly of multi-part circulator have given emphasis to the cascading of multi-part circulator, including the cascading scheme, , the level of the match, the model creation of multi-part circulator ,the setting of variable values and changing variable values passed by and see for the solution of the variable values. In assembly areas, mainly have described related to the assembly process should be aware of the key issues and completed in the assembly process might encounter problems and solutions;The testing result of signal part circulator and broadband multi-port circulator includes the theory computing, simulation data and commissioning of the circuit. And the testing result have explained that the design result satisfy the demands.
