With the popularization of computer and the rapid development of computer science technology, people more and more utilize computer to solve practical problems. The personnel information management is an important part of enterprise information management. Dealing with massive personnel information by manpower not only wastes time, but also wastes manpower and material resources; besides, the data are not accurate enough. Therefore, it becomes extremely important to develop human resource management software to process automatically.The human resources management system elaborated in this article, has highly efficiently realized various functions with the browser/server pattern. Those functions include multi-condition inquiry, renewal,password establishment,statistic and payment of wages and bonus and so on.This paper describes the business development needs of personnel management system from the perspective of software engineering. The data management information theory related to system development was also introduced. Subsequently, specific theoretical model of the system is established based on analysis of the system development needs; the function of each model is divided and the system's deployment plan is also put forward. In the final part of system implementation, detailed description and functional tests are done according to the used system development tools. Finally the conclusion of the work on this paper is summarized and the research on the possible breakthrough is analyzed.Meanwhile, in the system realization, the design of integrated personnel management system used C/S as the structure model, Windows as the operating platform, SQL Server2000 as the database and Visual C ++6.0 as development tools. The main development work includes the establishment and maintenance of back-end database and front-end application development. In addition, the paper highlighted the design details of system implementation, system design to the main module, for example, a detailed introduction to the development of the system applied to the main technical.
