Based On The Asp Smes Human Resource Management System Design And Realization

This thesis'background is the tradition enterprise Human Resource Management problem of Shuita vinegar manage in Shannxi province. Technologies of Modeling with ASP and SQL Server 2000 are discussed to developing Management Information System for projects. Additionally, the technologies are applied to New Information System for Shuita vinegar manages Projects. Several key steps to build a Management Information System were discussed.Human resource management (HRM) is the strategic and coherent approach to the management of an organization's most valued assets the people working there who individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the business. The terms "human resource management"(HRM) and "human resources" (HR) have largely replaced the term "personnel management" as a description of the processes involved in managing people in organizations. In simple sense, HRM means employing people, developing their resources, utilizing, maintaining and compensating their services in tune with the job and organizational requirement. With the information technology developing, tradition Human Resource Management is a lot of disadvantages. We need a new way to expand Human Resource Management. Then corporation can manage employees and projects well.Therefore, by using computer software to analyze the process of building the project Management Information System of Shuita vinegar manage in Shannxi province, with the ASP modeling technology and SQL Server 2000, we have successfully built a model which is suitable for analyzing and designing the project Management Information System.
