With the enhancement of industrial automation, varied data needs to connect, storage and dispose, such as temperature, pressure, current capacity, humidity, rotational speed. These data influents immediately productivity effect and quality of production. So it request recorder can not only memory mass data, but also can process it rapidly. However, the old recorder with simple construction only process little scale data, so it cannot meet the needs of enterprises which not only need comprehensive production management, automation of productive process, but also request that data can be transferred in network and analyzed on line.This paper will design a practical recorder which use STM32F103ZE as controller and take advantage of the technology of USB-HOST,μC/OS-Ⅱ. It also supply rich and convenient human-computer interface, and can detect with multichannel.The paperless recorder discussed in this paper have been identified. All the functions have been achieve the expected target.
