With the rapid growth of life insurance business, providing customized and high quality service for 1 million or 10 million orders of magnitude has been an important subject for life insurance companies to solve [1]. Due to the differences between the front-end and the back-end among each sale channel systems, and the inconsistent degree of customers'information integrity in each sale channels, it is the precondition of providing high quality service to establish a Centralized Customer Service System.This thesis aims to establish the Centralized Customer Service System, to integrate customer information among each sale channels, to eliminate information isolation and data inconsistency among business departments. It's the most important not to influent the daily operations of the existing systems of each sale channels when attaining the unified access and control among all the application systems.Based on the master data management technology, Centralized Customer Service System maintains the unified process on customer information to realize the concentrated customer information through centralized cross-channel customer information management, and single point control and centralized application of customer information. On the basis of completion and integrity of customer information, Centralized Customer Service System provides the customer information sharing service for the multisystem, and supports opening standard interfaces such as JMS, Web Service, RMI etc, as well as supports a flexible combination of services through the loose coupling characteristics of SOA.Through the general planning and implement step by step, Centralized Customer Service System realizes the customer information integration from the most urgent customer service of the business line. Centralized Customer Service System opens technology innovation as well as opens the innovation of services and sales at the same time.
