XX wind tunnel is an intermittent and direct flow type transonic & supersonic wind tunnel that has been designed and manufactured by our county. It is the main test wind tunnel for aircraft and missile shape choose & finalized in our country .Several ten thousands for aircraft shape choose and finalized has been finished and large high quality results have been provided since 1975. After running for so many years, the accuracy, reliability and fault possibility of it is drop-off and can't satisfy the demand of new model to wind tunnel measurement & control system.In order to increase operability and automation level, the reliability and maintainability, the control precision of Mach number and pressure, increase the measurement accuracy and test efficiency, to reduce the test cost and shorten run-time of wind tunnel test,we need to study for new wind tunnel system.The overall layout of measurement & control system of XX wind tunnel adopts Client/Server architecture in PC local area network system. Control system adopts control method combining desk hand operation control and PC automatic control, adopts digital PID control algorithm realizes the Mach number & total pressure control. Valve control adopts alternating current variable frequency speed control system, throw in outfit control adopts alternating current servo system, the model attitude angle control adopts hybrid type step motor driving system, control desk adopts ergonomics to design, safety protection adopts intelligent system composed of PC software and device compo of the wind tunnel's measurement & control. The measurement system adopts PC collecting with PXI system through bus-bridge which constitutes wind tunnel data acquisition system. Measurement & control system's software adopts structured design, matching trial workflow with friendly man-machine interface, chooses LabWindow/ CVI 2009 for measurement & control software development platform,.By the authentication of flow field adjust and model test, test results completely satisfy the technical specification of nation and army. With the work flow measurement and control software, friendly interface, easy to use .It will make even greater contribution to national defense modernization of our country.
