Research On Wind Speed Control System For Wind Tunnel Based On PLC

At present,most of the wind erosion wind tunnel speed control using open loop control in domestic and foreign, Accuracy and automation degree is not high generally and the wind speed is easy to be affected by many outside uncertain factors which made the wind tunnel experiments trivial and the data accuracy low,it impact on the indoor wind erosion study seriously. Aming at the above problem, this paper do research on computer hardware and software of wind tunnel-wind speed control systems of 0FDY-1.2.In this regulation control system, we chose VB to be development language for control interface, PLC to be a controller and RS-232 as communication interface, formed a set of closed-loop guidance system and adopted the improved PID control algorithm and subsection control to achieve wind speed control smoothly.It has verified by test that this system has effectively improved the accuracy , reliability and will provid accurate data of wind speed to wind tunnel tests.
