Wind tunnel data processing is indispensable sections in wind tunnel experiment. The performance quality of the wind tunnel data processing system directly influences the accuracy of experimental data, the efficiency of experiment, and the ability of experiment. X wind tunnel which is mainly used for high speed simulation test in aviation aircraft of China. The data processing system has been put into operation for many years and it has finished a plenty of model tests. But now the system frequently breakdown, meanwhile the system is still use MS-DOS operating system and FORTRAN language as the program language, the coding,maintaining and modifying of the test data processing program is very inconvenience. With the development of the computer technology and aerospace technology,the data processing system of X wind tunnel can't adapt to the development of integration of wind tunnel-computer's needs. According to the virtual instrument system's design ideas and taking the existing operating system environment and C language as a programming language into consideration, this paper proposed an approach to build a new data processing system for X wind tunnel. My work includes:(1)Research the current techniques of the virtual instrument technology, by means of using the integrated LabWindows/CVI software development platform to design and realize the system's interface. Through the interactive of programming method and the visualization of interactive technology, improve the efficiency and reliability of the program design. Using the plentiful function panel and library function can easily design the interface of the data processing system of wind tunnel.(2) According to the aerodynamic theory, we have realized the standardized of test data processing. Based on the principle and ideas of the normalization dynamometry of wind tunnel, we designed a set of test data processing software system used in dynamometry test of wind tunnel. The system have reserved interface in order to increase other types of wind tunnel test, this can make future maintenance and upgrades more convenient. (3)Comparing with the original data processing system, the wind tunnel data processing system which based on LabWindows/CVI has been update in the aspects of programming language, operating system and the use of data processing standard .It compensate the insufficiency of original data processing system in the aspects of programming, maintenance, modify, etc. And we can easily do some operation on X wind tunnel analysis and experimental data, such as processing, storage, display and print.(4)After debugging and contrastive experiment, and results show that the system can calculated the aerodynamic coefficient accurately and efficiently.The results show that development of data processing system for general force test in high speed wind tunnel with coordinate ransform technology and achieve good result. The system laid a foundation of aerodynamic researches by using X wind tunnel.
