In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile communication technology, mobile phone text messages in function continue to improve and mature, and become a new way of communication and important media phenomenon. SMS compared to the previous media, with text communication, privacy, and to the field of interpersonal communication and other new features. During the festival, more and more people choose to use SMS as a way to convey blessings. After several years of development, cell phone text messages sent during the holiday season blessed with the customs gradually behavior characteristics of the field of mobile phone text messages from the media into the customs area, it become a new festival cultural phenomenon. In this paper, this new cultural phenomenon occurs because the modern media and festivals generated after the collision a new form of aesthetic culture, and generate new forms of culture, after which the positive and negative significance of the three areas of study is divided into three parts to elaborate.The first part of the text messages on mobile phones during the festive season presents three characteristics-the collective and social nature, inheritance and variability, the type and mode of analysis, that these characteristics make this behavior SMS festival in line with the Etiquette definition.
