Along with the development of globalization and information, education is gradually carrying on the transformation. The development of the network is to make education across national borders, across boundaries of wealth, and network development is becoming the most powerful booster of the achievement of the education fair. The United States as the leader in the research area of Computer Aided Instruction has made great contributions of the development of education. One of the contributions is JiTT (Just-In-time Teaching).JiTT as one model of Blended Learning (Network teaching and teaching combined), has been applied in many universities since it founded and received many good results. But the research that using this model to improve students' high-order thinking ability is not much and the application of JiTT in China is short-lived, has not been effectively promoted. Because of the speed and advantages of popularity of SNS (Social Networking Service), using SNS to make the students establish Virtual Learning Community become the study object of many educators. The author combined JiTT and UCenter Home to construct a new learning method of Blended Learning to improve students' high-order thinking ability. And Through the trial, the new learning method got the praise of the teachers and students and added a wonderful stroke to the trip to China of JiTT. The literature research method which adopted in this subject mainly through the internet way of CNKI or the digital library which supplying some consults, download function to search relevant literature, understand the progress of this topic to collect and access data. Using method could Writing the background and status of this subject. Furthermore, this paper uses survey research method to get the need of teaching of the colleges, and writes it in the paper as part of the research background. At the last of the research, the author also use questionnaires to survey the effect of the SNS learning platform—UCenter Home. Besides, this paper also adopted the action research method to research the behavior of teachers and students in the UCH internet platform. It can offer phased feedback and formative feedback to more effectively promote net interaction of teachers and students. And this paper also uses interviews to record the oral evaluation of the teachers and the students. This paper includes five chapters:Chapter 1 mainly expounds the background and significance of this paper and the mode of JiTT in the background of IT application to education. Chapter 2 mainly discusses JiTT teaching mode in the SNS internet background. This is the Theoretical basis of this paper. Chapter 3 designed the application of UCH and JiTT, include formulate strategy, improvement Incentive mechanism, and the analysis of the data of the Implementation effect. Chapter 4 through a case as an example of this topic detail describes the implementation process and effect. In chapter 5, the author summarizes the some existing problems and solutions of this paper, and According to the deficiency of this study puts forward prospects.Through the in-depth research and the exploration, the research obtains the following achievements:1. This research did deep research of JiTT and SNS, and do a feasibility analysis for the combination of the two through the literature survey method,2. The author combined JiTT and SNS, and Puts forward specific strategies3. The author did questionnaire and analyzed data from network behavior and classroom behavior to grasp this study progress. 4. Through the research of the course of Education technology research methods, find the combined way of JiTT and SNS. The research shows that this combined way can improve the students' enthusiasm of participation.
