SOA-Based Desigb And Implementation Of Regional Electronic Medical Record Management Platform

Sharing the regional electronic medical records has become the trend of the information-based development of the domestic and international medical treatment and the new development need. Its purpose is that the medical treatment of data scattering between the different medical treatment organizations in the district is shared fully, carrying out the integration of the medical treatment data resources, finally attaining the advance of health care provider's work efficiency, enhancing the service level of the medical treatment organization and lowering the medical accident.According to the needs, management platform construction of regional electronic medical records can manage and share patient's medical treatment data in the district. This platform is integrated, according to a series of the medical treatment information standard and the united standard interface system. When establishing this one, we can make the platform more open and independent, and emphasize to carry out the system according to liberal standard and technique. This paper will carry on theoretical research and put into practice of platform construction of regional electronic medical records toward service.Firstly, this paper carries on the theoretical description to the management platform construction of regional electronic medical records, and analyzes the problem when we use the platform, and then makes a brief account to the technique we use in this topic. Secondly, we design the foundation architecture and the service architecture of the management platform of regional electronic medical records according to the whole research and the actual need of the management platform of regional electronic medical records for the frame of IHE XDS, and make detailed description for the design proposal based on SOA platform. Lastly, based on each service module of the platform, this paper mainly completes to design and realize, as follows: The patient's main index service module, which carries out the unification of patient's identification inside the district; The file storage component saves the database service module, which carries out the saving of electronic medical records and the reading management; centre document registration service is used in inquiry and the registration of document; Platform display system satisfies that patient daily inquiry patient information and document information. In a word, this paper analyzes the shared standard of the medical treatment document which has already exists, according to actual commonly share need of the electronics medical records in the district, we design and carry out the management platform construction of regional electronic medical records based on SOA. Depending on the platform we realize the share of the electronics medical records, and effectively integrate the patient's medical treatment data inside the district.
