With the deepening of medica l reform, medica l informatio n constructio n has beenpaid more and more attention. As the basis of the hospita l information mana ge ment,electronic medica l records system is particularly important. Therefore, the research onthe electronic medica l record system has certain technica l challe nges, high researchsignificance and practical use.Nowadays, EMR syste m a vailab le in the market widespread the proble m ofstructured, cumbersome to use, and the data cannot be sea mless connection with otherhospita l informatio n systems, and the root causes of these proble ms is that the editorof the EMR and cannot fully meet demand and provide appropriate technical support.This top ic stems fro m an actua l project of a Med ical Techno logy Co., Ltd...Through in-depth research and analys is on "based on the actua l needs of the EMR ofthe hospita l informatio n system programs reports" re leased by the Ministry ofHealth, as well as the practica l demands of EMR, we research and design the EMRsystem based on intelligent medical records editor.This paper detailed a descriptio n of the core of the EMR system-IntelligentMedica l Record editor features and technical require ments, realize the fo ur features ofthe editor of the inte lligent medica l record editor visua lization, structure,automation and intelligence.The syste m is based on MVC model, which iso lates the bus iness logic andinterface, and us ing C/S model, realizing the medica l record c ontent intellige ntassociation, three leve l qua lity contro l functions and so on. The system test andhospita l pilot show that, the syste m is sa fe, reliable, stable, easy to use and with goodpracticability. Electronic medica l records syste m achieves not on ly the sharing o fpatient medica l informatio n and assist the doctor to standardize med ica l activities, butalso documents o f medica l research, teaching and lega l argumentatio n. There fore,there are important technical cha lle nges as well as valuab le researc h and practica l usein the study o f the electronic med ical records system. Currently, this s ystem has beenthe successfully deployed in a hospital in Hunan with a good result.
